The guarantee that given by Asuransi ASEI is the form of SECURITY PAYMENT (Payment Bond) for freight payment obligations that must be paid by Cargo Agen of the ICAC members . Guarantee given by Asuransi ASEI is a product substitution of the Guarantee Bank (Bank Guarantee). Payment Bond and Bank Guarantee is a guarantee instrument that commonly used in a business transaction in Indonesia . Advantages of Payment Bond issued by the Asuransi ASEI is a lighter requirements without reducing the unconditional nature of a guarantee instrument. In general, the Bank Guarantee for the Applicant (in this case Cargo Agent) shall provide collateral back to back, either in the form of fixed assets or cash deposit insurance limit / warranty provided that the Bank would be blocked by the Publisher.
