September 26th 2008 – PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) and PT. (Persero) Superintending Company of Indonesia (Sucofindo) agreed to sign a mutual understanding (Memorandum Of Understanding) about Cooperation of Operations, which was represented by Arief Safar as a President Director of PT. (Persero) Sucofindo and Zaafril Razief Amier as President Director of PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero).
The scope of this cooperation include providing inspection services, supervision, assessment and independent testing of the PT. Sucofindo to PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) especially in the areas of inspection, monitoring and / or management of stock and / or collateral associated with or credit facilities and or guarantee facilities / insurance provided by PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) to the debtor and / or other facilities, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable and the terms and conditions agreed upon such as: Stock Verification, Stocktaking, Stock Monitoring, Stock / Collateral Management Service and Project Monitoring for commodities that are guaranteed / insured to PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero).
