Agus Sulih Purwanto Senior Executive Vice President

Born in Trenggalek on August 20, 1979, he graduated from University of Indonesia with a Masters in Strategic Management program in 2021. Worked in general insurance industry in Indonesia for approximately the last 20 (twenty) years, and started his career in the general insurance industry through the PT Management Trainee Program Bumiputeramuda General Insurance has been in business since 2004.

After being appointed as an employee, he continued his career and served as Head of Marketing Section, then as Branch Head in various branch classes from 2005 to 2014. He served as Deputy Director of Sales & Distribution and previously served as Regional Head in various regions in the period 2014–2018 at the same company. Previously, he served as Head of Distribution, concurrently as Head of Retail Business, and also as Head of Sharia. Previously, for nine (nine) years, he worked at PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance, which has changed its name to PT AXA Insurance Indonesia. From October 2023, he has served as Senior Executive Vice President at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Tauchid Pradana Corporate Secretary

Born in Jakarta, is a graduate from Trisakti University Faculty of Economics in 1992, Before joining Asei, he worked at PT. Philips Ralin Electronic Jakarta. Began joining Asei in 1993 at Business Information Services, Directorate of Export Insurance, previously served as Balikpapan Branch Manager, Tangerang Branch Manager and Jakarta 3 Branch Manager, Head of Marketing of Jakarta Main Branch Office, Division Head of Suretyship, Division Head of Insurance Finance, Division Head of Marketing, Division Head of Risk Management & Compliance, Division Head of Marketing, CRGP certification holder. Currently he serves as Corporate Secretary of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Agung Budi Setiawan Act. Human Capital and General Affair Division Head

Born in Padang, graduated in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan University Bandung and MBA from Bandung Institute of Technology. Before joining PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia, he worked at Bank Danamon Indonesia and Bank BRI (Persero). Joined Asei in 2001. He has served as Deputy Head of Jakarta Main Branch, Division Head of Suretyship, Division Head of Claims & Subrogation, Division Head of Business Planning & Development, Corporate Secretary, Jakarta Main Branch Manager, Division Head of Collection, and Division Head of Credit Insurance & Suretyship. Some of the certifications currently held include: CRMO, CRMP, ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP. Currently he serves as Act. Human Capital and General Affair Division Head.

Indah Kartika Sari Chief Internal Audit

Born in Tanjung Karang, is a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology of Gadjah Mada University and Master Degree in Professional Psychology, of Industrial and Organizational Psychology majoring at Gadjah Mada University. Joined Asei on 26^th May 2011 at Head Office as Staff in HR Department. He had served as Head of HR Development, Head of HR & General Affairs, Head of Risk Management, Business Portfolio and Corporate Compliance and Head of Internal Audit. Currently she serves as Chief Internal Audit of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Siti Mulyanti Risk Management and Compliance Division Head

Born in Bandung, is a graduate from Gunadarma University majoring in Information Management. Before joining Asei, she worked at PT Indomobil Sukses International Tbk and PT Indo-Eds Daya. She joined Asei starting in 2008 in Technology Information Department. Some of the positions she has held such as the Head of Software, Head of Accounting, Division Head of Technology Information, Division Head of Accounting and IT, Division Head of HR and IT. Currently she holds the position as Division Head of Risk Management and Compliance.

Edi Apriansah Marketing Division Head

Born in Pagaralam South Sumatra, obtained a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at ITN Malang. Has experience working in Business Banking at PT Bank Niaga, Tbk in 2003. Joining Asei in 2009 and served as Head of Strategy and Product Development for Credit Insurance at Head Office, Head of Corporate Marketing at Head Office, Semarang Branch Manager, Jakarta 4 Branch Manager, the Head of Bandung Branch, Jakarta Main Branch Manager, Tangerang Branch Manager, Head of Corporate Marketing at Head Office and Division Head of SBU Trade Credit Insurance. Currently he serves as Marketing Division Head.

Eko Sulistyo Raharjo Claims, Subrogation & Reinsurance Division Head

Born in Surabaya, obtaining a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Airlangga University, Surabaya and a Master degree in Management at Jakarta State University. Has experience working at PT Asuransi Bumiputeramuda 1967 in 2005 – 2008. Joining Asei in 2008 and served as Head of Reinsurance, Claims & Suretyship Subrogation, Head of Oil and Gas, Head of Reinsurance, Head of Reinsurance Claims and Reporting, Head of Reinsurance and Statistics and Head of Underwriting Property & Engineering, Division Head of Trade Insurance & General Insurance. Some of the certifications currently held include: AAIK, ICBU, ICPU, ANZIIF, and CRMP. Currently he serves as Division Head of Claims, Subrogation & Reinsurance.

Emir Izad Finance & Accounting Division Head

Born in Medan, is a graduate from the Faculty of Economics University of North Sumatra, majoring in Accounting class of 1995. Joining Asei in 2001 at Medan Branch Office as Administrative & Financial Staff. He served as Head of Administration & Finance, Head of Compliance Risk Management (CRM), and Head of Technical & Marketing at Medan Branch Office. He also served as Head of Accounting at Head Office, and in 2012 was appointed as Division Head of Finance & Accounting. In 2014 he also joined Establishment Team of Indonesia Re (PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama), and served as Division Head of HR & General Affair. Currently he holds the position as Division Head of Finance & Accounting.

Sulistyo Adi Prayitno Act. Transformation & Strategy Initiatives Division Head

Born in Surabaya, is a graduate of Bachelor of Economics and Development Studies, University of Surabaya, 1998. Several positions he held include as Makassar Branch Manager, Surabaya Branch Manager, Malang Branch Manager, Jakarta 3 Branch Manager, Head of Risk Monitoring, Head of Underwriting at Jakarta Main Branch, Division Head of Credit Insurance & Guarantee and Division Head of Marketing. Currently he holds the position as Division Head of Transformation & Initiative Strategy.

Masnani Siahaan Underwriting Division Head

Born in Pematang Siantar, is a graduate with a Bachelor Degree from the Faculty of Agriculture University of North Sumatra and a Master Degree in Management from UKRIDA. Some of the positions he held include as Head of Oil and Gas Underwriting, Head of Technic at Jakarta 2 Branch Office, Head of Technic at Jakarta 4 Branch Office, Head of General Insurance Claims, Division Head of Claims & Subrogation. He has a professional title, namely Indonesian Insurance Expert in the field of losses (AAIK), ANZIIF (Assoc) and CIP. Currently he holds the position as Underwriting Division Head.

Mijanna Actuary Division Head

Is a bachelor degree graduate in Statistics from ITB in 1991. Has experience in the world of insurance and has worked at Asih Great Eastern Indonesia, MAA Life Indonesia, Equilty life Indonesia, Central Asia Raya, Cigna Indonesia Insurance and most recently served as Vice President and Local Valuation Head & Appointed Actuary at Chubb Life Insurance. Has professional certifications in the field of Actuary (FSAI), Life Insurance (AAIJ), AAIS Sharia Insurance, CRMP & QCRC and Professional Coach Certification Program. Currently serves as Division Head of Actuary at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Kalvin Act. Information Technology Division Head

Born in Jakarta, obtaining a Bachelor degree in Computer Systems at Budi Luhur University. Previously worked at PT. A.J. Central Asia Raya – IT Operation, PT. Indopiranti Solusitama and PT. Interaksi Intimedia. Joining Asei Insurance in 2012. Several positions he held include as Head of IT Infrastructure and Head of Information Technology. Has an IT IL degree in Technology Information Management, Infrastructure and Operation. Currently holds the position as Act. Division Head of Information Technology.

Wahyudin Rahman Head of Sharia Unit

Born in Jakarta, completed a diploma at FEB UI Management Institute in 2003 and Institute of Risk Management and Insurance in 2006 and a master degree at the Postgraduate Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies - Sharia Economics at the University of Indonesia in 2019. Currently holds Assessor certification at the Sharia Insurance Professional Certification Institute (LSP PS) issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Pursuing a career in the Insurance Industry since 2005 by joining PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia as an Account Officer then in 2010 joining the Sharia Division of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika as Sharia Account Manager and in 2012 continuing to PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia-Persero and then since 2017 until now he has been entrusted as the Head of Sharia Unit of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.
