Irsyam Fasya Chief Technical Officer

Born in Lhokseumawe, May 1979. Earned a Bachelor of Economics from Gunadarma University in 2001 and Master of Management from Gunadarma University in 2005. Has certifications including Indonesian Loss Insurance Expert (AAIK), Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) and Competency Assessor of the Indonesian Insurance Management Expert Association (AAMAI). Started his career in 2002 with his last position as Client Management and Treaty Underwriting Department Head at PT Reasuransi Internasional Indonesia (ReIndo). Started serving as Non Life Reinsurance Underwriting Division Head in January 2023 at PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero). He is currently trusted to be the Chief Technical Officer at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Ucu Abdul Barri Act. Corporate Secretary

Born in Tasikmalaya, he is graduate of State Administration at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and continued his Masters in Strategic Management at Paramadina University. He joined Asei in 2011 as a Business Planning and Development Analyst at Head Office. In 2014, he joined the IndonesiaRe National Reinsurance Company (PRN) Formation Team. He has served as Head of the Business Planning and Development Section, Head of the Secretariat and Quality Management Section, Head of the Business Planning Section, and Head of the Secretariat, Public Relations and Business Planning Section. Currently, he serves as Acting Chief Corporate Secretary.

Aji Murhandityo Chief Internal Audit

Born in Yogyakarta, he is a Bachelor’s degree graduate from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He joined Asei on May 10, 2010, at the Head Office as a Staff in the Accounting Section. He has served as Head of Credit Control, Head of Accounting, and Head of Internal Control. Currently, he serves as Chief Internal Audit of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Masnani Siahaan Underwriting Division Head

Born in Pematang Siantar, is a graduate with a Bachelor Degree from the Faculty of Agriculture University of North Sumatra and a Master Degree in Management from UKRIDA. Some of the positions he held include as Head of Oil and Gas Underwriting, Head of Technic at Jakarta 2 Branch Office, Head of Technic at Jakarta 4 Branch Office, Head of General Insurance Claims, Division Head of Claims & Subrogation and Underwriting Division Head. He has a professional title, namely Indonesian Insurance Expert in the field of losses (AAIK), ANZIIF (Assoc) and CIP. Currently he holds the position as Risk Management & Compliance Division Head.

Indah Kartika Sari Human Capital & General Affair Division Head

Born in Tanjung Karang, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Psychology at Gadjah Mada University and Master’s in Professional Psychology from the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Gadjah Mada University. She joined Asei on May 26, 2011, at the Head Office as a Staff in the HR Department. She has served as Head of HR Development, Head of HR & General Affairs, Head of Risk Management, Business Portfolio, and Corporate Compliance, and most recently as Head of the Internal Audit Unit. She serves as Human Capital and General Division Head at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.

Eko Sulistyo Raharjo Claims, Subrogation & Reinsurance Division Head

Born in Surabaya, obtaining a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Statistics at Airlangga University, Surabaya and a Master degree in Management at Jakarta State University. Has experience working at PT Asuransi Bumiputeramuda 1967 in 2005 – 2008. Joining Asei in 2008 and served as Head of Reinsurance, Claims & Suretyship Subrogation, Head of Oil and Gas, Head of Reinsurance, Head of Reinsurance Claims and Reporting, Head of Reinsurance and Statistics and Head of Underwriting Property & Engineering, Division Head of Trade Insurance & General Insurance. Some of the certifications currently held include: AAIK, ICBU, ICPU, ANZIIF, and CRMP. Currently he serves as Claims, Subrogation & Reinsurance Division Head.

Emir Izad Finance & Accounting Division Head

Born in Medan, is a graduate from the Faculty of Economics University of North Sumatra, majoring in Accounting class of 1995. Joining Asei in 2001 at Medan Branch Office as Administrative & Financial Staff. He served as Head of Administration & Finance, Head of Compliance Risk Management (CRM), and Head of Technical & Marketing at Medan Branch Office. He also served as Head of Accounting at Head Office, and in 2012 was appointed as Division Head of Finance & Accounting. In 2014 he also joined Establishment Team of Indonesia Re (PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama), and served as Division Head of HR & General Affair. Currently he holds the position Finance & Accounting Division Head.

Wahyudin Rahman Transformation & Strategy Initiatives Division Head

Born in Jakarta, completed a diploma at FEB UI Management Institute in 2003 and Institute of Risk Management and Insurance in 2006 and a master degree at the Postgraduate Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies - Sharia Economics at the University of Indonesia in 2019. Currently holds Assessor certification at the Sharia Insurance Professional Certification Institute (LSP PS) issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Pursuing a career in the Insurance Industry since 2005 by joining PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia as an Account Officer then in 2010 joining the Sharia Division of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika as Sharia Account Manager and in 2012 continuing to PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) and then since 2017, he has been entrusted as the Head of Sharia Unit. Currently he holds the position as Transformation & Initiative Strategy Division Head.

Bambang Supriyadi Information Technology Division Head

Born in Situbondo, completed his bachelor's degree in Accounting at Muhammadiyah University of Jember. Joined PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia in 2010. He has served as Head of Internal Audit, Head of Accounting and Collection, Head of Accounting. Currently he is entrusted as Act. Information Technology Division Head at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.
