Export Insurance Pioneer with More than 37 Years of Experience

PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia is a subsidiary of the BUMN company of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) which was previously known as PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero). PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia was established on 9th October 2014 based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-29156.40.10.2014 dated 13th October 2014. The establishment of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia was the result of a spin off from the insurance and reinsurance business of PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) according to the letter of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-121/D.05/2014 dated 21st October 2014, and the letter of the Ministry of BUMN Number S-07/MBU/2014 dated 08 January 2014 regarding the Transformation of PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) into a Reinsurance BUMN

37 Years of Journey in the Field of Export Insurance which was established as an Export Insurance BUMN in order to Support the Development and Improvement Program of Non-Oil and Gas Export.

1985

PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) which is known as ASEI was established as an Export Insurance BUMN which aims to support the development and increase program for non-oil and gas exports.

2002

PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) builds a new corporate identity by changing the company logo and develops a company culture that is ready to encounter challenges and increasingly fierce competition.

Present

PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia is the result of the transformation of PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) which is experienced and has competence in the fields of Trade Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Insurance, Guarantee and Sharia Insurance.

International Recognition of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia

The international recognition of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia is started since it joined on the international associations including Berne Union (world export insurance institution) and Aman Union or known as Export Credit Agencies (ECA). With its owned experience and network, PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia is appointed as one of 16 (sixteen) ECA members as a founding member of Aman Union. As a company that carries out the function of Export Credit Agencies (ECA), PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia continues to maintain good relations with ECA from other countries such as NEXI-Japan, KSure-Korea, TEBC-Taiwan and several other ECAs.
