Born in Tanjung Karang, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Psychology at Gadjah Mada University and Master’s in Professional Psychology from the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Gadjah Mada University. She joined Asei on May 26, 2011, at the Head Office as a Staff in the HR Department. She has served as Head of HR Development, Head of HR & General Affairs, Head of Risk Management, Business Portfolio, and Corporate Compliance, and most recently as Head of the Internal Audit Unit. She serves as Human Capital and General Division Head at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.
