Penandatanganan Mou Antara Asuransi Asei dengan MNC Life

Jakarta, 20 Januari 2023 PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia (Asuransi Asei) menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama atau memorandum of understanding (MoU) dengan MNC Life di Gedung MNC Financial Center. Penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama ini dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama Asuransi Asei Marah Kerma M. Manurung dan Direktur Direktur Sales & Marketing MNC Life Risye Dillianti. Sinergi Asuransi Asei dengan MNC Life diharapkan dapat memberikan keyakinan kepada para calon nasabah dan mitra Asuransi Asei dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas penutupan produk asuransi. Kehadiran Asuransi Asei dengan MNC Life salah satunya dapat memberikan perlindungan kepada perbankan terhadap kemungkinan risiko kredit macet atas adanya risiko jiwa. Melalui kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat terjalin sinergitas dan kolaborasi secara optimal antara Asuransi Asei dengan MNC Life dalam menghadirkan inisiatif-inisiatif strategis untuk mendorong peningkatan bisnis yang saling menguntungkan.

Penandatanganan Mou Asuransi Asei dengan Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan

PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia (Asuransi Asei) menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama dengan Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 12 Januari 2023. Penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama atau memorandum of understanding (MoU) ini dilakukan langsung oleh Plt.Direktur Utama Asuransi Asei Marah Kerma M. Manurung dan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi. Penandatanganan MOU ini juga disaksikan oleh Direktur Manajemen Risiko, Kepatuhan & Corporate Secretary Robert Tampubolon dan Direktur Keuangan & SDM David SY. Melalui kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat terjalin sinergitas dan kolaborasi secara optimal dalam mendorong penguatan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) serta transformasi bisnis Asuransi Asei pada Asuransi Perdagangan.

From KSURE, this activity was attended by Inho Lee/Chairman & President, Mu Jeong Park/Senior Director, Joonhyung Park/Senior Manager, Chae Ha Lim/Chief Representative of K-SURE Indonesia and Jin Ho Im/Ass. Chief Representative of K-SURE Indonesia. Meanwhile, from Asei, Dody Dalimunthe/Principal Director, Marah Kerma M Manurung/Director of Engineering, Robert Tampubolon/Director of Risk Management, Compliance and CS, David Sy/Director of Finance and HR and all Division Heads. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Asuransi Asei held a virtual audience with PT Pertamina (Persero).
