Asuransi Asei Cares for Each Other through ‘Asei Cares’ Program

Jakarta – ‘Asei Cares’ is a form of Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) program from PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia. This program is performed continuously every year in a form of blood donation event.

On 28 February 2018, located at Menara Kadin Indonesia 22nd Floor. Jakarta, a blood donation event is held called as ‘Asei Cares’.

There are 136 participants from both external and internal parties, and 93 donors are declared eligible to donate their blood after passing several tests such as blood viscosity (Hb) test and blood pressure test.

Management of Asuransi Asei and PMI highly appreciated and thanked all blood donors who have saved others in need of blood, and expected the donors’ willingness to ask families, siblings, friends as well as their closed relatives to joint in donating their blood in a blood donation event or the nearest PMI office.

Asuransi Asei and KADIN DIY Aim at Yogya Exporters

Yogyakarta – One of indicators of the improving economy of Indonesia is the increase in trading transactions. This condition generates positive response to both export and import trades. For this reason, Asuransi Asei in cooperation with Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) held a socialization titled “The Increased Export of The Special Region of Yogyakarta”.

Both parties also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Regional Export Development of The Special Region of Yogyakarta represented by Acting President Director Asuransi Asei, Riduan Simanjuntak, and Vice Chairman of KADIN DIY for Organization and Membership Division, HR Gonang Djuliastono.

This MoU is purposed to support the efforts of non-petroleum export development and to strengthen the competitiveness of export products in DIY with export-oriented companies as the target.

This event is held on 22 February 2018 at Royal Ambarukmo Hotel Yogyakarta attended by Representatives from the Municipal Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the industrial export players within the territory of DIY and its surrounding area.

Fire Simulation at Asuransi Asei

Jakarta – Application of Occupational Health and Safety is absolutely required at the workplace. Asuransi Asei in collaboration with Building Management of Menara Kadin Indonesia managed to conduct simulation in handling fires within the workplace.

Located within the environs of Menara Kadin Indonesia on 10 February 2018, this fire simulation was held. Standby-measures that must be performed in handling a fire situation are introduced in this simulation followed by a number of employees and security officers of Asuransi Asei from the Head Office and Jakarta-Tangerang-Bekasi Branch Offices.

“Simple steps on how to use wet sacks and portable fire extinguishers are taken in this simulation.” one of Asuransi Asei employees, Donny Nurdiansyah, revealed.

National Commerce Conference 2018

Tangerang – The annual agenda currently held by the Commerce Section of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) addressed the theme of “Digitalization in Commerce”. This event is officially opened by the Chairperson of Presidential Advisory Board, RI, Prof Dr Sri Adiningsih, M.Sc.

Taken place in Convention Hall ICE BSD City on 8 February 2018, this event is purposed to optimize digital commerce opportunities (online trading, e-commerce, market place and others) and to overcome any issues encountered by both online and offline trading players in order to gain strengthening of national business competitiveness. This series of activity also launched the national collaboration program of “500 Companies Boost Export 500%”.

Asuransi Asei having trade insurance products also participated in this event. Acting President Director Asuransi Asei, Riduan Simajuntak who is also one of the speakers in this event delivered presentation on the importance of cyber insurance in a global digital trade.

This event attended by many circles of exporters also provided relevant information with respect to some companies directly connected with export trade, such as PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero), and some other fin-tech companies.
