Annual Meeting of Members and Handover of Office of the New Management of Koperasi Pegawai Asei

Jakarta – The Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) of Koperasi Pegawai Asei (Asei Worker Cooperative) is held on 28 March 2018 at Menara Kadin Indonesia Building, 22nd Floor.

The agenda of the meeting attended by the representatives of all members of this worker cooperative is Presentation of Financial Statement of 2017, Handover of Koperasi Pegawai Asei Management and Launching of Worker Cooperative Website.

The Financial Statement of 2017 is presented by the Treasurer of Koperasi Pegawai Asei, Dadi Permadi. And the agenda is carried on by launching the official website of Worker Cooperative by the name of www.kopegasei.com.

This website is launched by the management in the frame of improving the transparency of information to the members of cooperative, and also providing additional features in the form of credit calculation and profile account from each member by signing in the log in using user and account.

The meeting is ended by the handover of the Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei. After assuming office as the Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei for the period of 2014-2017, Mr Ilham P Nugroho, symbolically handed the office to the selected Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei, Ms Taurida Adinda for the period of 2017-2022.

Surveillance Audit of ISO 9001:2015

Jakarta – For two days, the auditor team from Sucofindo conducted surveillance audit of ISO 9001:2015 with a scope of audit on both operational and non-operational working units at the Head Office and Jakarta Main Branch Office domiciled at Graha Asei Building, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

This audit held on 22 –23 March is marked with opening meeting, auditee interview, and verification between the conformity of process and the quality policy system which has been applied by the company through sampling method. On the second day, Sucofindo’s auditor delivered the results of the audit on the quality management system applied by Asuransi Asei.

Recommendation of this current audit is the importance to make continuously improvement in the application of QMS ISO 9001:2015, and to hold socialization/ campaign to all employees of the Corporate Quality Management Policy as the standard service to Asuransi Asei’s customers.

Retirement Ceremony

Jakarta – The ceremony of early retirement is marked by the issuance of Board of Directors’ Decree handed symbolically to the retired employees by Acting President Director Asuransi Asei, Riduan Simanjuntak. This event is also witnessed by Board of Directors and employees at the Head Office.

Taking place at Menara Kadin Indonesia 22nd Floor on 19 March 2018, a number of employees with more than 10 years of service is released through this early retirement program. Riduan Simanjuntak revealed in his welcoming remark that all employees will eventually arrive at their time to retire. He highly appreciated all employees for their hard work during their service with this company. He believed that the militancy level of Asuransi Asei’s retired employees will be getting higher and it has been proven.

“We thank for the appreciation given by the Management of Asuransi Asei and we apologize for any wrongdoing that we had in the past. We do hope that this relationship will remain intertwined in another opportunity.” Ihwan, one of the retired employees of Main Branch Office, conveyed.

This event ended by praying and followed by extending appreciation to the retirees by their fellow Asuransi Asei employees.

Working Visit of Acting President Director Asuransi Asei to Bandung

Bandung – On 14 March 2018, Acting President Director Asuransi Asei, Mr Riduan Simanjuntak paid a working visit to Bandung, the city of flower. This working visit starts with morning briefing to all employees of Bandung Branch Office currently led by Mr Rudi Barkah.

After providing briefing to all employees in Bandung Branch Office, Acting President Director and team of Asuransi Asei carried on the meeting with business relations from Bank Woori Saudara and Eltrans Indonesia.

As a customer of Asuransi Asei KC Bandung, PT Ayoe Indotama Textile also includes in the series of Asuransi Asei’s working visits.

Orientation Course for New Heads of Branch Offices

Jakarta – Corporate dynamics keep occurring at companies, and likewise, PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia or Asuransi Asei. As a dynamic company, Asuransi Asei managed human resources by regenerating leaders of branch offices.

Some employees who have been mandated to take office as the Branch Office Heads are provided with orientation course of Branch Office Heads. The materials presented are regarding evaluation of 2017 performance, product exposures, risk management, and internal audit.

This orientation course took place at the Head Office of Asuransi Asei Jakarta, on 8-9 March 2018.

Sharing Session of CAR & EAR

Bandung –  PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia continues to conduct sharing session with external parties. As a general insurance having coverage products in a project, including CAR & EAR product, a program of socialization as to the insurance project is provided to PT LEN Industri (Persero) Group.

The socialization is held on 8 March 2018 at Grand Asrilia Hotel Bandung, attended by a number of employees of PT LEN Industri (Persero) Group discussing the management of projects.

Head of AU Division Asuransi Asei, Darojat Yogi Chandra explained several project insurance products in more detail, including CAR & EAR products.

Handover of Division Heads and Branch Office Heads

Jakarta – With some changes made to the company’s organizational structure and for the purpose of enhancing productivity and optimizing duties and functions of the employees in each working unit so as to increase the achievement of company’s targets and goals, it is deemed necessary to make an employee placement within the company organizational structure. Fore this reason, it is necessary to place certain employees in the organizational structure of Asuransi Asei.

With respect to the aforesaid, there are several employees who are re-assigned, including Division Heads and Branch Office Heads. The handover of office is carried out in the frame of handing duties of the former officials to the new officials so that the work can be performed properly. This handover of office took place at the Meeting Room of Asuransi Asei Head Office on 8 March 2017, attended by all Directors and both incumbent and replacement of Division Heads as wll as Branch Office Heads.

Opening Meeting of 2017 KPKU Assessment

Jakarta – Criteria for Performance Excellence (Kriteria Penilaian Kinerja Unggul (KPKU)) is designed to encourage and assist the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and objectives, to improve the performance continuously and to have corporate competitiveness through the harmony of the company’s plans and processes being implemented, decision making, employees/manpower focus, and all measures which eventually can be shown by the achievement of excellent results.

Today, 5 March 2018, the opening meeting of 2017 KPKU Assessment is held. Taken place at the Head Office of Asuransi Asei, Menara Kadin Indonesia, 22nd Floor, Jakarta, the opening meeting of KPKU Assessment is attended by Finance Director of Asuransi Asei, Eva Jorita and Operations Director of Asuransi Asei Yunishaf Y Arief and several accessors from the parent company (Indonesia Re) and internal employees of Asuransi Asei.
