Corporate Social Resposibility (CSR) Asei Insurance participates in Car Free Day Go-Green activities with the aim of:
1. Realizing Depok City as a Child-Friendly City
2. Implement the Child Friendly RW Program and RW 08 Kel. Jatimulya, Kec. Cilodong, Depok
3. Facilitating children of RW 08 Kel. Jatimulya, Kec. Cilodong, Depok by playing together.
4. Provide education about waste segregation.
5. Stimulate children’s creativity through the creation of used goods.

Work Meeting RKAP in 2020

Gedung Menara Kadin Lt. 21, Thursday, January 9, 2020 the RKAP Work Meeting in 2020, which was opened by the Director of Engineering and Marketing Mr. Erickson Mangunsong, was accompanied by the President Commissioner Mr. Untung Hadi Santosa and the Director of Finance and Human Resources Mr.David Sy

Participants in the RKAP Work Meeting are in the ranks of the Group Head at the head office and all branch heads in Indonesia in the context of achieving the targets and targets of the RKAP 2020 through the debriefing and strengthening of strategies to be implemented in 2020.

In addition, this activity was carried out in order to form a common understanding of the direction and goals of the company, both short and long term, especially in realizing Asei’s vision as a leading financial insurance company.

Employee Briefing Beginning in 2020

Menara Kadin Indonesia Building, 21st Floor Anggrek Room has been held a briefing event beginning in 2020 on Friday, January 3, 2020 which was delivered by the Directors of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia and attended by all employees at the Asei Head Office

begins with the submission of Permit Policy Dissemination. Head of Human Capital Mr. Andito Aodijulistio and interspersed with questions and answers about the above mentioned policies.

The next session was the direction of the Board of Directors of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia, the first opportunity was delivered by the Director of Engineering and Marketing Mr. Erickson Mangunsong and continued by the Director of Finance and Human Capital Mr. David Sy who also expressed his congratulations and enthusiasm for welcoming 2020, hopefully for a better year and blessings to all of us

The last session was delivered by the President Director of Asuransi_Asei, Mr. Eko Supriyanto Hadi as well as delivering the presentation of Strategic Plan in 2020 to be carried out in order to achieve the targets and targets of the RKAP 2020 through the debriefing and strengthening of strategies to be implemented in 2020

The session closed with questions and answers about Strategic Plan in 2020 and ended with a prayer to always provide convenience, fluency and strength to jointly build PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia to be even better in 2020 and beyond.

YOGYA,  –  Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Propinsi DIY menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding dengan PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia tentang pengembangan Ekspor daerah istimewa Yogyakarta dalam  Rapat Pimpinan Daerah (Rapimda) pada Senin (22/07/2019) di Hotel Sahid Yogyakarta

Dalam rangka tugasnya mendorong pertumbuhan ekspor nasional dan mendorong eksportir indonesia dalam malakukan penetrasi ke pasar internasional

Kadin Yogya memiliiki visi mewujudkan dunia usaha dan perekonomian daerah istimewa yogyakarta yang kuat, berdaya cipta dan berdaya saing tinggi, melalui peran yang terpadu dan seimbang antara potensi ekonomi nasional dan regional

mendasar pada hal tersebut diatas Kadin Yogya sepakat melakukan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (Memorandum of Understanding) tentang pengembangan ekspor di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Asuransi Asei Collaborates with Bank Mandiri to Guarantee Customer Credits

Jakarta – PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia or Asuransi Asei enters into a cooperation agreement with Bank Mandiri. This cooperation agreement is signed on Monday, 16 April 2018 at the Office of Ministry of SOE.

The purpose of this cooperation is to establish cooperation in marketing field between Bank Mandiri and Asuransi Asei through the activities of bancassurance model.

In the same agenda, another cooperation agreement is also signed by Bank Mandiri and PT Askrindo (Persero), PT Jasindo (Persero), Perum Jamkrindo, and PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero).

Asuransi Asei as a financial insurance company has owned suitable products such as credit guarantee and credit insurance. The signing of this cooperation agreement is deemed very strategic and be able to improve the performance of both parties.

Annual Meeting of Members and Handover of Office of the New Management of Koperasi Pegawai Asei

Jakarta – The Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) of Koperasi Pegawai Asei (Asei Worker Cooperative) is held on 28 March 2018 at Menara Kadin Indonesia Building, 22nd Floor.

The agenda of the meeting attended by the representatives of all members of this worker cooperative is Presentation of Financial Statement of 2017, Handover of Koperasi Pegawai Asei Management and Launching of Worker Cooperative Website.

The Financial Statement of 2017 is presented by the Treasurer of Koperasi Pegawai Asei, Dadi Permadi. And the agenda is carried on by launching the official website of Worker Cooperative by the name of www.kopegasei.com.

This website is launched by the management in the frame of improving the transparency of information to the members of cooperative, and also providing additional features in the form of credit calculation and profile account from each member by signing in the log in using user and account.

The meeting is ended by the handover of the Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei. After assuming office as the Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei for the period of 2014-2017, Mr Ilham P Nugroho, symbolically handed the office to the selected Chief of Koperasi Pegawai Asei, Ms Taurida Adinda for the period of 2017-2022.

Surveillance Audit of ISO 9001:2015

Jakarta – For two days, the auditor team from Sucofindo conducted surveillance audit of ISO 9001:2015 with a scope of audit on both operational and non-operational working units at the Head Office and Jakarta Main Branch Office domiciled at Graha Asei Building, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

This audit held on 22 –23 March is marked with opening meeting, auditee interview, and verification between the conformity of process and the quality policy system which has been applied by the company through sampling method. On the second day, Sucofindo’s auditor delivered the results of the audit on the quality management system applied by Asuransi Asei.

Recommendation of this current audit is the importance to make continuously improvement in the application of QMS ISO 9001:2015, and to hold socialization/ campaign to all employees of the Corporate Quality Management Policy as the standard service to Asuransi Asei’s customers.
