Wednesday, May 20, 2021 Mr. Wahyudin Rahman/Head of Sharia Unit carried out a business visit and hospitality to PT Bank NTB Syariah which was warmly welcomed by the President Director, Bp. Kukuh Rahardjo and Director of Financing Bp. Muhammad Usman.

Asuransi Asei Syariah has signed a Cooperation Agreement with PT Bank NTB Syaria. Business cooperation between the two companies is expected to run well, especially in the areas of Financing Insurance and Sharia General Insurance.

Thus, future business synergies are expected to be beneficial for both parties.

Tuesday, April 27, 2021, an agenda for the Handover of Position and the Release of Ms. Arijanti Erfin/Director of Marketing was held. This activity was opened with remarks from the President Commissioner of Asei Bp. For Hadi Santosa and continued by the impressions and messages conveyed by each of the Asei Directors.

Starting April 23, 2021, he is active with a new position as HR Director at PT Wika Beton Precast (Persero).

This activity was warm and emotional. The Board of Commissioners, Directors and Employees hope that Mrs. Arijanti Erfin will be successful with the new position she currently holds.

In commemoration of Kartini Day, Wednesday, April 21, 2021, Asei held a Competition to Wear Indonesian Traditional Clothing. The competition was participated by all employees of both the Head Office and Asei Branch Offices throughout Indonesia.

All the contestants participated in the competition enthusiastically, some wearing traditional Minang, Malay, Sundanese, Balinese, Papuan and etc.

In addition to the competition, Asei also urges all employees to use a profile picture according to the theme that has been provided.

Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Asuransi Asei held a virtual audience with PT Pertamina (Persero). Asuransi Asei was attended by the Marketing Director (Arijanti Erfin) and Technical Director (Kerma M Manurung), accompanied by several Division Heads and Jakarta Branch Heads Asuransi Asei. From Pertamina, it was attended by Bagus Agung Rahardiansyah as SVP Corporate Finance 2, Nailul Achmar as VP Financial Risk & Insurance and Sofjan Hermansyah as Manager Insurance Center. This virtual business audience began with a speech delivered by SVP Corporate Finance 2 PT Pertamina (Persero). He said that “with the many activities carried out by Pertamina in the oil and gas sector from drilling to shipping, insurance needs become complex, so Pertamina needs support from a solid and strong insurance company”.
Asuransi Asei, known as the One Stop Shop for Insurance company, strongly supports the needs of insurance services at Pertamina (Persero), especially in the Property Insurance segment, Marine cargo Insurance, Credit Insurance, Marine Hull and Liability. Pertamina and Asuransi Asei took the initiative in building a business collaboration that is expected to provide mutually beneficial benefits to both parties so as to encourage positive performance for each company.

As a form of commitment in minimizing the spread of Covid-19, on Monday, March 8, 2021 PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia held a free Antigen SWAB examination for all employees. This activity is carried out at the Head Office and at the respective Branch Offices. To ensure that health standards are well maintained, Asei collaborates with the Kartini Hospital in Jakarta. In addition to conducting swab tests, the company also always urges all employees to remain disciplined in implementing Health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance (3M), especially for employees who work from office (WFO). In addition, the company has also provided hand sanitizers in every corner of the room so that employee cleanliness is always maintained while the Covid-19 outbreak is still spreading. This activity runs regularly while still implementing the Health protocol.

In order to improve competence in integrating Risk Management principles, frameworks and processes with corporate governance principles, structures, and processes within an organization, Asei held an In House Training Certification “CERTIFIED RISK GOVERNANCE PROFESSIONAL (CRGP) on 17 to 19 February 2021 at Menara Kadin Indonesia. This agenda was attended by participants consisting of the entire Board of Directors and Division Heads.

It has been 11 months since the pandemic has lasted, but the number of patients infected with Covid-19 in Indonesia is still growing. In order to provide education on the transmission of Covid-19, PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama held a Webinar “Health Talk Covid with dr. Reisa Broto Asmoro”.

This webinar was attended by all employees of IndonesiaRe Group, namely PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama, PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia and PT Reindo Syariah. On this occasion dr. Reisa as the main resource person as well as Spokesperson for the Covid 19 Handling Task Force explained, “From the latest data as of January 27, 2021, the number of Covid 19 cases in Indonesia has exceeded 1 million. This means that the chain of transmission of Covid 19 has not shown a slowdown.” This is clear evidence that there are still many people who neglect to implement the 3M health protocol (Wearing Masks, Washing Hands, Maintaining Distance).

JAKARTA, – Located at the Ministry of BUMN Building, Thursday, January 14, 2021, PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Sarinah (Persero). PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia cooperates with PT Sarinah (Persero) to provide marine cargo insurance protection and also protection against trade transaction risks. The signing was carried out by the Director of Finance & HR of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia, David Sy. with the President Director of PT Sarinah (Persero) Fetty Kwartati. President Director of PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia, Arie Surya Nugraha, was also present and expressed hope for the continuity of good cooperation in 2021 and in the future.

In the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the collaboration between PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia and PT Sarinah (Persero) is expected to be a strong synergy in encouraging the growth of the national economy, especially the retail and trade industries, including the domestic creative industry.
