An insurance that provides protection to the Insured (the owner of the transported goods) from any loss/damage caused by incidents happened when the goods are being transported, as a result of a disaster.

Type of Cargo Insurance products are as follows:

  1. Marine Cargo Insurance (MC)

    An insurance that provides protection to the Insured (the owner of the transported goods) from any loss/damage caused by incidents happened when the goods are being transported from one place to another by means of land transportation (truck, train, trailer), sea (vessel) or air (aircraft) against risks that occurred during haulage, such as equipment accidents (loading, stranded, drowning, reversing, crashing), loading and unloading activities at emergency ports, fires, lightning strikes, earthquakes, volcaniceruptions, jettison disposal, general average contributions, etc. The Insured can be a  company and individual, direct/agency. 

  2. Marine/Air Cargo Insurance Inter-Island (MACII)
  3. Marine Cargo Insurance Open Cover (MCOC)
  4. Marine Insurance/Air Cargo Export Import (MACEI)
  5. Marine/Air Cargo Insurance In Land Transit (MACILT)
